The PMR Dream Team are the remaining members
of a legacy in local mortgage lending.

The AMS story began when Deborah-Lee Bodkin and Pamela Gordon joined forces in 1989 to make mortgage lending a better place. AMS operated at the same location in Bellevue for 19 years garnering a stellar reputation for fair and ethical practices in virtually every county in Washington State.

Having closed thousands of purchase and refinance transactions, Pam Gordon retired from ownership responsibilities in 2004. Deborah-Lee, known for her magnetic personality in both the lending community and at large, took the ownership reigns while Pam continues to originate loans semi-retired.

In 2005, Deborah-Lee appointed Heather Jacobs to run processing operations, bringing her own 18 years of experience to AMS.

January 2007 was a tragic time in AMS history as Deborah-Lee was taken from us at the young age of 42. She succumbed to a brain aneurism before leaving home for the office. Our lives were forever changed that day as an era ended and her departure rippled throughout the lending community.

For two years, Heather Jacobs, Pam Gordon, sr. loan officer Kathy White, and processor Angelina Barrientes formed a core group to keep the spirit of AMS alive. In 2009, the Team merged with another company of excellent reputation, Premier Mortgage Resources.

Thus, PMR Dream Team was born...
